As it is your vision that guides the site design for the look, feel, navigation and technical functionality, you will need to ensure consistency in templates and graphical elements and utilize site-wide color and typeface standards. You should be a creative at conceptualizing, yet always remain true to a client's marketing and brand recognition objectives.

You will be responsible for creating the "look and feel" of site-successfully integrating elements of visual appeal, usability, and navigation - Demonstrate an active understanding of web site form and function, combining strong design and technical skills with an emphasis on user-friendliness and accessibility - Will be expected to create a variety of web site elements, including: Logos, Icons, Navigation buttons, Banners, Animated graphics, Mastheads Software applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash,GIF, ImageReady

Any Graduate, Diploma, fine arts, or a related design discipline is preferred.

A versatile Web Designer, have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience designing exclusively for the web, in either for a corporate identity. Strong HTML and cascading style sheet knowledge - Basic Scripting - Experience with grid based design on the screen or in print - Ability to communicate and advocate design & logistical decisions - Good interpersonal skills.
