Q. What is the basic difference in hiring developers and hiring team?

Hiring developers, means you are selecting individuals and you take care of their work. You need to individually assign them work and the developers will provide you with the reports regarding the progress made (so far).

While, hiring team means you are selecting an entire team which includes team leader and the developers. Here, team leader is responsible for resources administration, entire project development monitoring and reporting to client.

Q. Why shall I hire a complete team as “Network Operated Team”?
Hiring a team as a whole has its own advantages. Some of them are cited as under:
  • You no more need to manage or review the performance of each and every developer.
  • Team leader manages the entire work (on behalf of you (client)) and reports back to you. Hence, you need to coordinate with only one person.
  • As team leader is hired, developers will be able to get guidance from the local person.
  • Team leader having profound knowledge of the work, team can get guidance easily (as and when required).
Q. How shall I manage dedicated developer?

You can be in close contact with your developers through any of the chosen modes of communication email / skype / call. The dedicated developers will provide you the reports and timesheets on regular basis giving you an insight of the progress made so far.

Q. While hiring dedicated resources from your company, how will I be reported?

You will get daily work reports and timesheets from our dedicated developers. In case of hiring a team, TL from our company will keep you updated about the work done by reporting you frequently. You can also communicate with them via email / skype / phone etc. On demand we can also provide attendance report for hired developers.

Q. In the case if I am not happy with the performance of your employee or team, will I get replacement?

Yes. We will try to address your issue in the best possible manner and if required we will arrange a replacement without additional charge.

Q. What is the work schedule of your company? How many hours does a developer work for me?

We work 9 hours a day including 1 hour (meal) break, Client gets net 8 hours of effort on their project work (Total 40 - 42 hours a week). We work from Monday to Friday. On public holidays of India our office remains closed. We work as per Indian time zone, but if required we can work as per your time zone. We will be available to work on Saturday only on Urgent or Emergency need basis.

Q. Where do my developers work? How can I communicate with them?

Your developers work at our offshore development centre so that they can acquire technical support from seniors and other staff. You can communicate with them via instant messaging/ email / skype /phone.

Q. Do you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

Yes, we do. We do not have any qualms in signing a Non Disclosure Agreement with our clients.

Q. How secure is my source code, business secrets and other properties I share with your team?

It is completely secure. We strictly adhere to security system of projects at our end and ensure that your information is not shared or communicated with any other client (third party) at any point of time.

Q. How do I pay you? What is the payment schedule?

We accept payments through PayPal and Wire Transfer. We follow a monthly billing cycle.

Q. Can I resell your services?

Yes, you can resell our services. We are open to both companies and coordinators.

Q. What is the trial period? Is it paid service?

Trial period is a package that lets you judge the quality and efficiency of service provided by us/our developers.  It is available on demand at low-cost for one business week (40 hours).

Q. Explain various hiring models of your company?
You can hire developers on monthly basis in below mentioned ways,
  • Dedicated Developer (1 Junior level)
  • Dedicated Developer (1 Senior level)
  • Dedicated Team (1 Junior level + 1 Senior level + 20 hrs of Team Leader)
Q. If your developer falls sick or quits your organization?

This ideally doesn’t happen, as we work as a family and share a strong bonding. But in such exceptional case we provide you with a replacement at the earliest to ensure that your work doesn’t suffer.

Q. Experience of your engineer/designer?

Our web developers have an average experience of 3+ years. Our dedicated developers/designers either own a 4 years of college degree in computer science or 3 Years Masters Degree as educational background. Our web developers have hands-on experience in component development, integration and customization.

Q. Will they work for any other project other than mine?

Certainly, No.

Q. Are there any additional/hidden cost?

No.

Q. Are you available when there is a work needs to be done urgently?

Yes, we are available in case of urgency. In such circumstances you can even add more resources if required.

Q. Do you outsource the work to third party?

No, we ourselves have adequate in –house resources to support your task.

Q. How long it takes to start the work?

The sooner you give us the details of your project requirements, your budget constraints and the period of hiring, the faster we can start working on your project.

Q. Payment/Invoices?

For dedicated resources hiring, all the Invoices must be paid within 2 working days and required to send the payment advice to account department for coordinating with bank.
